The committee’s goal is to design a dynamic, informative conference that aligns with the career aspirations of the College of Media & Communication students.

- Conference Chairs - Oversee all planning and coordination.
- Program Coordinator - Develops conference schedule and run-of-show.
- Logistics and Operations Coordinator - Handles venue selection, setup, catering, and management.
- Alumni Relations and Incentives Coordinator- Recruits and engages alumni as mentors or attendees, secures incentives/prizes from alumni donors and develops day-of giveaways.
- Recruitment Relations Coordinator - Recruits college recruiters for internship row.
